Two working groups were set up:
- “Technical” for the coordination of data collection and processing. It is led by Drahomir Volný.
- “Scientific” for selecting targets, interpretation and publication of results. Head Pavol A. Dubovský.
The discussion between campaign participants takes place via the mailing group https://groups.io/g/astrofoto. The Whatsup platform is used for operational communication.
The collected data is uploaded to a Google Workspace drive, which was kindly set up and is paid for by Karel Kolomazník. Each campaign participant is given access to a directory on Google Workspace.
